No doubt she is from Spain but she is using Teacher Talk

She´s definitely not from Argentina, nor is she Portuguese.
I can tell you that because I´m from Argentina.
I think she is trying to speak in a neutral Spanish, so she´s forcing her pronounciation. Her accent is more from Spain than Latin America.

It's hard to tell. Many speakers pronounce yo as jo or zho
anymore. If you listen to Spanish TV you will hear
this often.

I'm spanish from Madrid and everybody that speak spanish should know that she doesn't speak very good spanish! she must be english or something because her accent is very bad...

She says "yo" like a friend from Argentina does, but I'd need to hear her say "ella" or "calle" to be sure.
