My father was married to a woman who was daughter of Italians, but she died already, he died too. She was born in Brazil and so was he. Can I still get the Italian citizenship through them?

Here are the general rules about transmission of Italian citizenship. If either your mother or father, or a grandparent, was Italian, you are entitled to claim citizenship:

If your mother is not that Italian woman married to your father and yr father has never become Italian citizen by his marriage with that woman then you cannot get Italian citizenship under no circumstance. You could have got it just in case either your father or your mother (even if died) were of Italian nationality (by birth or acquaired).

I doubt it. The woman would need to be your mother to go through the grandparents, failing that she could legally adopt you (when you were a minor) but she would need to be Italian at the time for you to qualify. Still even if you did qualify as an adult there would be an additional component (such as residency in the Italy) for you to fufil before you became accepted as an Italian.

BTW You might want to refer to that "woman" as your step mom or mom. It doesn't sound like you had a close relationship with her in any sense.

Very doubtful. If one of YOUR BIRTH parents were Italian citizens, or if they were born in the U.S. BEFORE their Italian citizen parent became a U.S. citizen, it could be worked out. My nephew obtained duel citizenship in this way. First my sister, his mother, had to get duel citizenship. Then from her, he too was able to obtain it.
