i heard she dOes aerobics , but what are the exercises included .

What machines should i use when i go to the gym
all those kind of things

First, I would suggest adjusting your diet, since this will slim your body out faster..

Second, exercises, elevated leg lunges 3 sets x 12-20 reps, situps 3 sets x 20 reps, reverse crunches 3 sets x 20 reps, rope pulldowns 3 sets x 15 reps

Third, cardio, bike or treadmill for 30-40 minutes.

Hi a while back on one of those entrainment shows I can't remember which probably E! I saw that she went on a diet in which she ate a lot of fish. Also I remember they showed a machine that is a wheel with pegs on the side for you to put you feet. You get down like your going to do a push up but instead your pushing your legs. Its supposed to strengthen your thighs I think. I hope this helped.

well i was watching the tyra banks show (a total fan of hers! love her!) but anyways...like,....your metablasim burns 1,500 calories a day, so i guess just try and work off as many calories that exceeds ur goal...how much weight are you planning on losing though?
