Are they torturing him for information and trying to giv ehim pay back on making the Fed's look bad the last few months?
If he was charged on Federal charges shouldn't he show up on BOP custody?
His wife Elain Brown is shown on the Federal Site and in BOP custody as inmate # 03924-049
Ed Brown was arrested at the same time and is shown on the Federal site as inmate #03923-049 but it says not in BOP custody.
What are they doing - flying him around in shackles and putting him on busses as a form of torture like they did that Congressman a while back?
These people are still American's and they have rights and the people who care about them have a right to know if they are alive or hurt in some way

They are more than likely torturing him, I hate to say that and I am praying for the Browns everyday, and have been since I first learned of the case on Alex Jones. They arrested them, they refuse to say where Ed Brown is at, which is AGAINST FEDERAL LAW. Everyone who cares about their rights need to stand up, and do something. We all need to call the Associated Press, and tell them of this story and how they wont release where Brown is being held. Did you know, there is NO law stating we have to pay income tax. So how did the Browns get arrested? How can they make them serve 62months or so when they've NEVER broken ANY laws? The IRS is not even a government group, privately owned they are! Why does the IRS refuse to show anyone in writing (since all of our laws have a paper copy somewhere. There should be a copy in the books.) because they have nothing to show. Income tax is a fraud, and we allow them to get away with it. What else are we as Americans going to stand for? EVERYONE NEEDS TO CALL THE AP AND TELL THEM THEY NEED TO COVER THIS STORY, MR. BROWNS LIFE AND FREEDOM REMAIN IN OUR HANDS. IF WE SIT AND DO NOTHING, THEN WHAT? WHAT IF THEY COME BACK WITH THE SAME STORY WE HEAR, " OOH HE WAS RESISTING ARREST, WE HAD TO USE FORCE." YOU ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS. IF IT WAS YOU, WOULDN'T YOU WANT SOMEONE, ANYONE TO STAND UP FOR YOU? CALL NEW HAMPSHIRE AP!!!!

I cannot believe the ignorance in a lot of the people commenting here. They dont care about the story? Bet they would if it was them being arrested and detained ILLEGALLY! He is a rat?! Lol. That was a funny one, pretty sad. There not in the same facility, Ed brown is still in transit, and his wife is already in a woman facility serving her 62months or so. Oh and for the comment about anyone who's business it is to know where Ed is being kept probably know, well here is the problem. WE DONT! THAT IS AGAINAT THE LAW TOO SMART ONE. SO IT IS OUR BUSINESS TO KNOW WHERE HE IS AT, AND THAT HE IS SAFE! And as far as the person asking what Tv shows has the writer been watching; Well I think your the ignorant one, with your head in the sand. Before you get your liberal hackles up in the air and start calling those slimebags at the ACLU you might want to get a little more information. The government has contracts with many city, county, state, and private facilities to house federal inmates. So, the fact that he is not listed as being in BOP custody does not mean that he is not safe and secure in some other facility. Also, I'm pretty sure that anyone whose business it is such as family and close friends know exactly where he is and how he is doing.

Anyway, I imagine since he was just arrested he is sitting at a state prison or county jail up in NH where they arrested him.
Until he is convicted or transferred he won't be in a Federal Prison yet. They are both probably in the same jail awaiting this process to take place.
Just because the fed arrested him on a fed charge does not mean he / they will automatically go to a federal prison. They will be booked at the nearest jail.

He could've turned rat and may be in the Witsec program, Witness security program. Learn a little about laws and prison before you make such allegations!
