wow. you are more legalistic than God. you make a mistake due to the translation. the old testament laws are not binding "forever". Jesus defines "forever"...... "not a dot, will pass the law until all is accomplished.." so the old testament laws are binding until a new testament is made. --- all these challenges you mention have probably been well answered by other christians before so i'm trying to make these short. --- deut.24:16 is in regards to something different. like for instance, if your father or mother stole money from the bank.. then the one arrested would be your mother or father, not you. but, because your parent stole, does that mean that you will likely rob a bank someday? --- a number of your objections are based on translation issues. so they might as well be ignored. --- 5. wow. these guys who translated this language that they didnt even speak were sure lousy with the math werent they. --- 6. oh.. did he mean nuclear bombs and rockets or shuttles that went to the moon? --- 7. you call such an act of desparatation as that pornographic? . it doesnt say that the women were raped. i might be wrong but, it seems that you have a dirty mind. --- 8. if you check the original language in a concordance. you'd see that isaiah 45:7 is saying God created judgement to avenge evil. same with lamentations 3:38, from God comes judgement. --- 9. you are trying to apply mens penal system to a matter that is actually based on eternity. in the matter of eternity.... the punishment is in accordance with the side you chose. then you are actually being punished with the punishment that is due ultimate evil... when you are not ultimate evil. its similar to the original sin living under a curse thing. only as long as you are physically alive, you can get free from the ultimate punishment. everyone is on death row. a pardon is offered. but not all who are presented with it, recognize it for what it is. --- 10. apparently calling someone a brood of vipers is not as bad as calling someone a fool. you equate denouncing lies with cursing? - about the issue of Jesus record... whether you agree or not, God has already judged his conduct as righteous. .
