If you have an America's best by you, go there. Very reasonable prices.

Insurance companies sometimes limit your choice of providers, but since you will paying for it yourself, you can go anywhere.

Ask friends and co workers to recommend a doctor who is caring and treats them well, ditto for glasses or contact lens providers.
