I mean, really. Unnecessary. A link will do just fine.

I'm not saying I read a whole damn paragraph, just seeing if anyone actually does. My maximum 'benefit of the doubtness' is around a paragraph's worth though, I guess.

Sometimes I actually do if I feel like there is any real substance behind what they are posting and any validity to their question.

If it is something like a list of Bible verses or a complete article by Richard Dawkins, I tend to skip over it. I agree, just putting a link in would suffice, and save me some scrolling time. However, if it looks like someone is telling a story, I'll read it.

particularly MickeyG's one approximately CS Lewis. That one gets an on the spot thumb down from me. @GIMS there's a distinction between backing up your argument by means of which incorporates supplies and in basic terms posting inane bible expenses. Any rational guy or woman will lower back up their argument if it is critical, whether or no longer it is on faith, evolution or climate replace. in basic terms posting your opinion gets you nowhere in proper debates.

NO, as soon as I realize that someone has just done a search, clicked on the first website and cut and pasted crap into their answer I move on -generally after the first or second sentence.
If you cannot contribute with your own mind and opinions, then what is the point?

I print them out and make a blanket out of the pages so when I can't sleep at night due to concern over the second coming (ehh, of christ) I like to read them so I can see the folly of my ways.

Sometimes I do, if it's worth reading. Often those long posts are just rants. muslims often do that, if their many words of dust can take the place of a few words of Truth.

Nope, not unless it's some really cool info that's new to me. That's happened twice in my 4 levels.

No, I don't. I'm not interested in regurgitated material from elsewhere on the Internet. I'm interested in sincere and original questions and answers.
