I'm a bit partial to anything with cheese. I had not an hour ago some strong cheddar with chilli and tomato chutney , hot! Another favourite is cheese, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, salad cream and cheese and onion crisps. If it's cold outside I like a hot sarnie, something like hot roast beef with lots of fried onions and some thick gravy in a baguette, yummy.

My two favorite sandwiches are B.L.Ts and the Italian BMT at Subway. Whenever I make a BLT, I make it with delicious crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, mayo and fresh soft buttermilk bread. Yummy! When I go to Subway and order the Italian BMT, I get the Italian bread with salami, ham, american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, mayo and oil & vinegar. And I always top of my sandwiches with a refereshing ice cold Sprite or A&W Root Beer. Yummy!!!

go to your local deli and try some different meats. Sopressata, Mortadella, Capricolla, Procuttio etc. I usually do the italian meats on a crusty cibatta loaf with provolone cheese and some pepprocini's. you can also take some lettuce mix chopped up, dress lightly with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper and add that to the sandwich as well.
very tasty!

Roast chicken with curried mayonnaise, just add some curry powder to the mayonnaise.
Cream cheese and roasted peppers, just do a batch of peppers to last you for a couple of days.
Brie cheese and bacon.
Roast pork with slices of stuffing.
Plain Cheddar cheese sandwich with a bit of garlic pickle.
Chorizo sandwich.

This first one is going to sound SO WEIRD but my aunt introduced me to it and I promise it's soooo good...
Potato chip sandwich:
2 slices fresh white bread
Miracle whip & mayo
Lay's regular potato chips
Spread one piece of bread with Miracle Whip, the other with real mayo... layer the potato chips on one slice of bread, top with the other slice, and crunch down. YUM!
The other one is not so weird and taste sooooo good:
Grilled sausalito turkey:
2 slices white or wheat bread
4 slices sausalito turkey (from the grocery deli)
Mayo
2-3 slices Muenster cheese
Butter
Spread slices of bread with mayo, layer cheese and turkey, butter outside of bread and grill in a skillet until brown.
Yum!

Try putting your sandwich filling into a tortilla and rolling it up (you know....wrap). You can always try different sauces too...add a little spice with Frank's hot sauce or green Tabasco.
Change up the meats too....roast beef, corned beef (my personal fave), turkey, salami, pastrami, pepperoni, or a combination of any of these...and try pepper-jack cheese too for a little zing!
