If you were bold enough to give her your number then you should be bold enough to ask her why she hasn't used it. Next time you see her or get the chance to talk tell her: Hey, you never used my number, wait for a reply and take it from there. If she claims how busy she's been then it's a Not-Interested thing, if she tries hard to make something up and you're not buying it - it could be that she's afraid or that she already has a boyfriend in another school, or isn't allowed to date, etc. Find out first. If she's confident in her answer like talking to you is second nature then she's confident in blowing you off. If she's reluctant and doesn't really seem to know what to say then try getting closer to her first just around school. Make her comfortable with you and who you are.
My best friend in 8th grade was so shy that when a boy gave her his number all she did was carry on about how stupid she would sound if she called him - she didn't want to say anything stupid, she went on and on. Ultimately, the guy got another girl probably because the girl called when he gave her his number.
Is this girl very shy? Find out what's wrong. How nervous is she when you approach? Etc.

First off, she doesn't sound interested. You can..
A. Give up
B. Try a new approach
C. Keep doing what your doing
D. Move on to someone else
Hope this helps. But if she is really driving you crazy..think about her all the time kind of thing, I would go with "B" and see if you can get some information from her friends like what kind of music she likes or what kind of things she likes to do. Then you could burn a CD (is that legal) for her and see how she responds. If she gives a disgusted look, she doesn't like the attention your giving her..so please MOVE ON or GIVE UP (A or D). If she smiles...you have warmed her heart and she may be receptive to more pleasantries then when she realizes you like her..you might start to grow on her. Love isn't always Love at first sight...some have to work for it.
Good luck

You call her. Im sure she likes you too . Girls never call guys , they want the guys to call them. Or text if you're too shy to call. Talk to her at school and drop into the conversation that she should call you or that you will call her. Arrange a group of friends including you and her to go out after school like to the cinema or bowling. So you wont feel embarrassed it will just be a casual outing with all your mates. Show her how much fun you could be ! Dress up a little too. Girls love a squirt of aftershave !! good luck.

If you like her, give her a call yourself. Maybe she is shy? Maybe she didn't think you were serious? Maybe she is busy? Or you can always talk to her at school

I dont mean to be rude, but i think its straight forward that she doesnt want to give u her number! If she liked u in that way, she would have been waiting for u to ask her so that she would give it to u

I'm old fashioned because when I was younger, I wasn't allowed to call boys, as it wasn't ladylike or proper. Call her, first chance you get just in case her mom doesn't like her to call boys.

Do not be shy. If she really is not interesterd she will tell you. Try Try again is what I was always told. Or try to be friends and see what happens from there. You can't be b/f g/f if your not friends.

Nothing you can do, it's up to her.
And what are "a days" in school - that's a new term I haven't heard before.
