Many people today talk about supernatural healings, miracles, voices, visions and special heavenly speech called “speaking in tongues”.

Absolutely not! The Scripture makes clear that these are signs of a false gospel and a great delusion. God gave all supernatural healings, miracles, signs, wonders, and “tongues” to prove that those who were speaking for God in the Bible were truly from God.
God… spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by His Son…How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His will? (Hebrews 1:1-2; 2:3-4)
Truly the signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. (2 Corinthians 12:12)
… Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you… (Acts 2:22)

When God finished writing the Bible He withdrew those supernatural manifestations. Those who claim to practice these alleged supernatural wonders are deluded and under a curse from God:

And for this cause God shall send them a strong delusion that they should believe a lie. (2 Thessalonians 2:11)
…If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book [the Bible]: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy [the Bible], God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city [Heaven], and from the things which are written in this book. (Revelation 22:18-19)
There shall arise false christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Matthew 24:24)

Wait, are you quoting the Bible as a reference guide to spotting delusional beliefs?

Why not? God lives. Scripture warns us to avoid those who reject the power of God.

2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

As you showed, they are of God, according to Scripture. They are available to you. There is nothing to prohibit you from exercising your faith to experience these things.
An aside: In I Corinthians 14:39, Paul expressly said, "Forbid not to speak with tongues."

If you even experience ONE of those things (non-delusionally), I will eat my steering wheel cover.
