Israel hints at transferring parts of Jerusalem
JERUSALEM - Senior Israeli officials expressed support Monday for the transfer of Arab parts of Jerusalem to Palestinian control, offering a concession on one of the most contentious issues in the conflict. The offer appeared to fall short of Palestinian calls for a full Israeli withdrawal from key areas of the holy city..
This “dividing of the land” during the tribulation period is described in Daniel 11:39, which speaks of a future evil world ruler known as the antichrist and what he will do when he and the Gentile powers of the world rule over Jerusalem and the land for 42 months.[7]

This is Israel giving the parts of Jerusalem that are officially in Palestine back to the Palestinians.

No different than the Gaza strip.

We really can't win here can we. If the Israelis and the Palestinians fight, then it is "war and rumors of war - The End Times Are Coming!"

If the Israelis and the Palestinians make peace, then it is "a sign of the coming of the Anti Christ - The End Times Are Coming!"

In reality, it is just the world turning, and another delusional question from you.

I think these concessions will be more likely to lead to peace than not. Though who knows with that region.

And Daniel 11:39 sounds like blatant self-interest to me. Someone said. "Land =power... so let's make a note in our Holy Book that conceding land (even to avoid violence and pointless death) will lead to evil.

This violates the covenant God made with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and can only lead to more problems.

Besides, once they give in a little, the Palestinians will never be satisfied till it all belongs to them.

I don't know how this fits in with Bible prophecy, but I know it can't be good.

Peace? Hardly. But that isn't the point.

Coming of your anti-Christ? About as likely as the coming of the Easter Bunny.

What I thought when I heard about it was that it may be an opening for the rebuilding of the Temple. No, I don't think it is going to bring peace.

Neither.

They'll always come up with "holy" real estate to fight over.
