-Where I live (San Diego, CA.) near the tourist area's or where people have to park their cars in a far away separate parking lot, some of my friends are working for bike transport companies. They ride three wheeled bikes (Tricycles)with a 2 to 4 person capacity rear seating section. They pick up customers from a parking lot and pedal them to their destination.
-Also in Downtown San Diego there are bike tours/transports that take tourists around to the local attractions and venues.
-My cousin makes approx. $100 in tips and receives minimum wage. Not bad for a 6 hour shift. Hope this helps.

Too bad you don't live in New York City. They have couriers that deliver packages to different building around the city. Your best bet it is to find a job close to your house that you can ride your bike to work. I would find a job I like then to make my hobby my job. Jobs start to suck... So you may end up hating to ride your bike.

Well I think you already answered it yourself: deliveries, errands, and couriers. If you think you're good at biking, maintenance and you MT Bike you could probably find some park or area where they have guided biking. Usually they train you for free and you could probably do it as just a weekend thing or everynow and then.

Either being a news paper boy (Make sure you tell them you would want to do it on your bike.)
Or be a pro in Mountain biking.
All of them are very possible.
