Any project managers, need your advice!?

Question

I just accepted an IT PM job, 3 weeks into it, and I feel like a deer lost in the headlights. I have PM experience and tech experience on the infrastructure side, but not app dev. Well, this PM job is all about dev projects and tying it all together, also doing financial stuff and other things that I have little experience with, and I feel lost. I am trying to just listen and learn and know that it will take time but I still feel lost and incompetent. Any words of wisdom?

Work about 16 hours a day, study all the procedures manuals that they give you and be prepared to review all your work on the weekends and on your own nickel until you get it.
