I'm openning a pizza shop - Share your favorite toppings?

Question

I would like to know what your favorite pizza is. I'm trying to decide what types to specialize in and doing a poll here? Thanks for your help.

I have the sauce and the crust were I like them - its neapolitan style crust - now I'm just looking to topping ideas

A couple regulars we order at work are the Jakey (named after a co-worker named Jake who thought it up) which has sausage, pepperoni, onion, and tomato slices.

I came up with another one we get regularly, but hasn't been named... It's meatball, onion, and fresh garlic. It's still a red sauce pizza, kind of an italian meatball sub pizza or something.

Can't go wrong with me if you had a Taco Pizza on the menu. Not a Mexican Pizza, that's totally not the same. My fave is a chicken garlic ranch thing that Fazzerati's makes. No red sauce, it's chicken, green bell peppers, mushrooms, red onions tons of cheese and some kind of garlicky sauce. I could eat half a large one in one sitting. When I was a kid though I only liked sausage and mushroom.

My favorite is the margherita pizza, but I'll share some of my pizza topping ideas. You could make a special dessert pizza. Check it out on Family fun.com ,that would be unique. I also advise you to make a pizza making section for kids. You'll have both adults AND kids coming to your shop. Good Luck!

My favorite toppings are pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and black olives. I also really like a thick and chewy crust with a tomato sauce and lots of mozzarella.

I have a friend who loves cashews, my brother-in-law eats his with extra pineapple, and my husband likes as many toppings as possible! I also have some friends who don't eat pork, and eat pizza with chicken or ground beef instead.

The thing is , dont be cheap with the toppings, ...so many pizza places are cheap, they put about 3 pieces of pepperoni ...per slice on a pizza! ....
Another pizza shop here in town, wont make a pizza without tomato sauce!! I've tried over and over to get one, as one of the kids is allergic to tomato, but they say they make up the dough with sauce early in the morning, ....and they refuse to make a fresh one. Ridiculous!

You should come up with some really unique pizzas, such as a chocolate pizza, as in for dessert. ....Just tossing out stuff..............pineapple and chicken or apple and chicken pizza................people love to try new things. Good luck with it, ...

The best pizza ever: ananases, chicken, meat, tomato sauce, garlic bread, 4 cheeses, salami, oregano, and basilica. Don't forget tomatoes and peppers. Call this Pizza Deluxe! Forgot about mushrooms!

The most important thing is to get the basic Margarita right first before thinking of topping. So many pizza shops cant even get that right.
If I go for a topping it is usually hot vegetarian that does it for me. Loads of onions, peepers, olives,mushrooms and a ridiculous amount of jalapenos.

Lots of veggies. I like fresh mushrooms, not those nasty canned things. I also like tomato on my pizza and banana peppers. Then the usual veggie toppings. Some fresh herbs are always nice.

Pan crust(Pizza Hut) with lots of cheese, bacon, ham, ground beef pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, onions, mushrooms and extra cheese on top.
