To be honest, at times, mostly because when I feel this way it is usually something I could have prevented if I were just being an observer & not asleep. I do get past it, but I tend to hold myself to a fairly high standard. Thanks.

Yes. That's the hardest part of getting over mistakes made in life. God forgives us but we keep bringing up our past by not forgiving ourselves.

Yep, sometimes that is still a struggle, but not as much as it used to be. I am maturing, and I realize that you have to forgive yourself quickly, stand back up, and keep on fighting the good fight, keep pressing onward towards the goal. Life is short, we do not have time for negativity.

Myself is usually the last person I forgive and I find it harder than forgiving other people.

Sometimes it is quite difficult. But being an atheist I don't turn to a higher being and ask for their forgiveness, which is granted no matter what. So I expect it's harder for atheists to forgive themselves, over theists.

Tor forgive myself has been very puzzling. I stress myself, and if I fall short I punish myself and function worry getting it resolved. i will forgive individuals immediately, I only assume they're jerks and don't comprehend to any extent further valuable. i recover from being indignant particularly truthfully.

Occasionally. But I try to keep myself out of situations that I would HAVE to forgive myself for.

NOT really...but there is one thing I don't think I will forgive myself for...and that will haunt me forever I am sure!!
EVEN if that event was years ago...it still makes me wonder why?!!
