I think you mean walking pneumonia.
Either way I don't know the cause but walking pneumonia can be serious but is easily treated.

"Walking limonia" is a psychological malady used to describe Australians who become upset over the loss of their beloved, long-time, national anthem, "Waltzing Matilda", to the new "Advance Australia Fair". The word "limonia" is of Greek derivation, and refers to the state of walking in a limbo-like state, or feeling compelled to take a limousine, in place of waltzing. ;)

(to all: go ahead and give me a negative rating for this extremely punny - - and alleged - - joke!) ;)
