If you're referring to "goosebumps" - - the tiny bumps caused by cold, or as a reaction to something, such as a horror movie or favorite song - - then they usually go away after warming up or when you return to a "normal" emotional state.

If you're referring to nervous tics or spasms, they sometimes go away with vitamins, but, usually, there's little you can do about them.

If you're referring to shaking in fear of something, that is a normal reaction caused by adrenaline. Other than taking martial arts or assertiveness courses, there's little you can do about it.

If you're referring to anything else, you'll have to be more specific.
