I noticed as I was cleaning its cage. She's not moving, but when I touch her she shakes a little. I can pick her up and she will open her eyes a little but not really respond. Any ideas what's wrong with her / how to if possible cure her?

Unfortunately I would need a lot more information to help you really solve what is going on... here are a few thoughts:
How old is she -hamsters only live around 3 years, at the end of their life they will do similar to what you have described. They seem fine and then slowly wind down in a few days until their death, in which time they won't be active, sleeping a lot, and very shaky when they get up to try to walk. One of the first warning signs of their life coming to a natural end is their inability to keep themselves as clean as they should...
Has she been having normal poo -if it is not solid or causing her to have a wet looking butt, she could have wet-tail. unfortunately few hamsters survive it as it is a severe form of diherea for hamsters and other small rodents.
Hopefully this has all helped...

nicely, he could be unwell or a sound sleeper yet while the room he replaced into in replaced into somewhat chilly he could be going into hibernation this is amazingly risky for kinfolk hamsters. the apparent sign of this is they circulate very very slowly like they cant stay unsleeping. in case you think of this is the case you shouldn't warmth him up so speedy and somewhat only use your physique warmth to heat him until eventually he starts shifting extra, then feed him some treats to maintain him unsleeping at a similar time as you get him set up in a hotter room.

no she may be getting into hybernation! Make sure she gets in a room with somewhat higher temperature and make sure she wakes up slowly Hybenation can be fatal, some hamsters do that.

Make sure she is warm and comfortable and offer sugar water in a syringe, dying is painful, animals never go 'peacefully' so please take her to the vets if you can to end her suffering.
