I am a 13 year old girl with short legs that are kinda chubby. mi stomach is flat but i just hate mi theighs and hips. is 24 in in circumfrence of one leg a lot for mi age??? and everything that i eat the fat automatically goes to mi hips ns thiehgs what should i do to burn this fat?? how many reps?? how many times a day for me to have skinny legs by halloween??

It's better that the fat goes to your hips and thighs than to your waist. For one, it gives you a better waist/hip ratio which is more attractive and feminine. And more importantly, hip and thigh fat doesn't harm your health like belly fat does.

So don't worry that your thighs aren't supermodel skinny, but you can always try yoga or pilates as this will streamline your thighs giving them a longer, leaner look.

Girls get hips and thighs when they mature just like they get boobs. Keep your weight and body fat % in check but dont worry about having hips or thighs too much

To burn fat, there is no secret, just diet and exercise. Eat between 1600-2000 calories a day and even with just moderate exercise weight will start to come off. You cantburn fat JUST from your thighs or JUST from your hips, it comes off your entire body at the same rate.

Love yourself!
Love everything about your self.
I have no butt and have never had legs, but I have a large waist. I pray all the time for a large butt and thighs...but in the end i have to happy with the way God made ME.
Just wear things flattering for your figure, and tell youself everyday that you are beatifully and wonderfully made.
