i'm trying to lose at least 20 pounds. i am 5'4 and i weigh around 150. is what i've eaten so far healthy?
breakfast: a non fat yogurt, w/ some fiber one cereal mixed in.
snack: apple
lunch: small salad w/ south beach diet vingrette dressing & some tuna.
snack: 2 animal crackers & a can of v8 vegetable juice.
also this morning i did a 1 mile jog exercise, and i plan on doing more work outs later on.
