I love to cook. Have tons of good recipes. Can you be more specific?

I also love to cook. I like all sorts of different dishes. I especially love to bake. I have a great banana bread recipe -- it may or may not be like your moms.
Here it is:
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
6 bananas, mashed
1 stick margarine
3/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Mix together flour, soda, and salt. In separate bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and beat until well mixed. Add to flour mixture; then add bananas. Mix well. Then add nuts, if you choose to. Again mix well. Bake in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. A toothpick inserted in the middle of loaf helps determine if loaf is done. When toothpick comes out clean -- you know for sure it's done.
Hope you give this recipe a try. I often make this recipe during the winter and spring. I make so much, big loaves and little ones, that my husband takes several loaves to work to share with his co-workers. Several individuals at his work said they didn't like banana bread, but he encouraged them to try it and they found out the really do like banana bread!

I love cooking I could do it all day. The best part about cooking is the look on peoples faces because the food you made is so delicious.

Its hard to pass over receipes because alot of what I do is by taste and by eye sight.
