Take it to the Dealer and have it serviced

It sounds like a injection timing problem or related to glow plugs fuel injectors not receiving voltage.

is the engine light on? they have had some trouble with the turbos on those if it is a 6.7 .havent heard of it causing idle problems though.

check the fuel filter. you may have gotten some fuel with water in it.
