You sound good to me. I would call your body type enviable by all women and admired by men.

Athletic? I mean, you work out. And you are at a good weight for your body cause I am assuming you have a medium frame?
Most people are born with an hourglass figure.. by dieting you are gonna lose your D's, most likely. But I am no trainer so just ask someone at the gym or a dietician.

You can but it's determined by the workouts your doing. I would recommend swimming laps if you have access to an indoor pool. It effectively works out your upper body and lower body. That will give you the best results and definition toward your hourglass figure.

Hope that helps.

Well, you can increase your butt/hip area with certain exercises. If you increase the muscle in your butt, it will make you look more curvy. The best thing to do is consult a personal trainer....if only for just one session.

an hourglass figure is when ur stomach is considerably smaller than ur hips and shoulders. right now i would say that you have a rectanglular figure. if you want a hourglass figure you should probably start with crunches and things that work the abs and upperbody.

Unfortunatly I don't think it is possible to alter your general body type with diet and excercise. Hopefully a nutritionist can come on here and answer more thoroughly.

You sound like you have a nice figure. I'm close to those proportions but my chest is 36DD and I have a larger ***. I'm a size 8 so you probably would be considered top heavy?

weigh 100 lbs and you are proportioned for your body weight. An hour glass figure? Good luck! You may need to loose more weight.

no. unfortunately, other than getting some serious, major operation, there is nothing to do to change what you have naturally. there are body shapers to wear under your clothes that might help but honey, u have to work with what u have! you sound beautiful so don't worry and flaunt it!
