and your out somewhere, am i allowed to ask her to kiss ?

If it is an official date, you can ask politely. She doesn't have to say yes. If she says no, that is usually a sign.

I think the best way to ask a girl for a kiss is to make a bet and if you win she gives you a kiss. This eliminates the weird "Wanna kiss?" "Okay" and then either akward pause or an action more like a lion leaping on a gazel.

I've had two guys ask permission to kiss me, and both times I found it extremely romantic, adorable, sexy...et cetera. However, I must warn, that if it is asked at the wrong moment (which I'll give an example of in a moment) it can completely ruin everything.
Wrong Moment: You turn to her and ask randomly.
Right Moment: You have her laughing and smiling and you feel a strong connection, and you really want to kiss her. THEN you can ask.

If a guy asked to kiss me it would be a lil weird. Its better you just do it at the right moment when you two are alone together and comfortable. Saying 'will you or can you kiss me' is kind of a turn off to me.

I think that it's fantastic that you're asking such a question because it tells me you have a lot of respect for her. Of course it's okay to ask her for a kiss. She may accept...or, she may not. But, either way, you will have done the right thing.
By the way...if I went out with guy and he didn't ask...that would be the last date.

Of course you're allowed to ask. Sometimes my boyfriend asks me for a kiss and we've been together for months...but then again he only asks when he knows I'm upset with him.

sue you can, if u want to ruin the mood. just move in slowly, if she wants to kiss you she will, if not she won't, that way your asking with actions not words and its more romantic, don't be a sleeze about it either. don't rush it and only go in about 90% of the way so u leave her with an option, but still remain smooth about it. good luck!

I THINK THAT ASKING A GIRL IF YOU CAN KISS HER IS A VERY NICE THING. IT IS BETTER TO ASK HER THAN JUST MOVE IN AND DO IT. I THINK IT IS VERY MANNERLY,, AND SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE RESPECT FOR YOURSELF AND HER. GOOD LUCK .
