I would like to cut back on carbs and eat more protein and produce. My problem is that I'm allergic to nearly all raw veggies, all melon, bananas, kiwi, walnuts, and brazil nuts.
I eat small meals 6 times a day, only a tiny snack in the evening, but I'm sorta getting tired of apples and grapes and peanut butter!
Any advice?

I used to have the same problem. I was allergic to lettuce and carrots too. I could eat the foods if they were well cooked. Take vitamin C with bioflavonoids. Eat cooked foods.
I am no longer allergic to raw fruits and vegetables. I was on allergy desensitation shots for my pollen allergies. After being on the shots for five years, my allergy to raw fruits and vegetables went away! I can even eat watermelon and salad and all those things that I could not eat before.

Vitamin pills.
And if you want more protein and fewer carbs, look at the Atkins diet plan.

See an allergist and talk to her about getting desensitized to these food items?
