I have 2 bench warrants that I have just found out about. They are both from skipping a payment on my payment arrangement. Both the tickets are traffic violations. I belive one warrant is actually a 2nd for that ticket, due to an error with the court months ago. I live in the state of Nevada and will be flying to Hawaii for business. Will I be arrested at the airport for a bench warrant?

No.

Airport Security nor the Airlines are checking you for warrants.

The only way they will find it is if for some reason they suspect you of something or you are on a terrorist watch list. Then, they will pull you aside and do complete checks on you and then they will find your warrant hits.

Probably not. You might get arrested if you get stopped for speeding on the way to the airport though.

Bench warrants aren't usually pursued until someone gets caught for something else, but you really should call the folks you're in trouble with to work out a new arrangement.

All Homeland Security does is look at his ticket and a valid ID for him to get through the gates. There aren't any checks if he purchases a ticket with an airline. Most airlines are competitive with their ticket pricing. However, most will also start charging money for soft drinks and snacks. Some airlines accept cash, others only credit cards.

Just take care of the Warrant, then you wont have a problem!

But, you wont be run for warrants at the air port unless you do something stupid.

YEP, BUT I WOULD RENT A CAR IN HAWAII - BECAUSE IF YOU GET PULLED OVER IN HAWAII YOU WILL GO TO JAIL THERE.
