You describe the worst possible case of rape. If you know who was responsible and can identify them, you should definitely report the incident to the police. Even if you had given your consent, this would be a case of statutory rape because of your age. By all means, if you feel you can do so, describe the situation to your parents and ask for their help. Or talk to your school counselor. You should also get a medical examination. It may be too late to obtain any DNA evidence but if there is any trace of fluid on any of your clothing, be sure to preserve it.
The people who did this are criminals. Both of them are equally guilty. They should not get away with this heinous crime. It might be very difficult for you to talk about this and discuss it with others, but for your own sake and the sake of future victims, you should speak up. It is a terrible emotional trauma that you experienced. do everything possible to avoid having it affect you negatively. Do not hide this from you parents, doctor, school counselor or police. they will all be willing to help you.

Did he have sex with you? Then yes! You were rapped and kidnapped! Since it's already been a year now, you washed away all the evidence-you have no prove to even bring case to court. You should have gone to someone and report it.
I hope you are okay by now...don't wait to tell people next this happens (and I hope there won't be a next time). Go see a therapist about it. It will help you heal. Good luck!
And PEOPLE! This girl was scared...if you were 13 what kind of threat would you take...? 13 yr olds don't think very well...WE need to support her..and not give her **** about how stupid she is...those answers are stupid!

You should go straight to the police after what happened, so they can collect some evidence. I'm working for the government and dealing with lawyers and laws everyday. Everything you say is not enough, you must have evidence... witness... those kinds of stuffs. Otherwise, your voice won't be heard. Right now, you should report to the authority, they can probably check the guys' background and figure something out as "evidence". I'm really sorry for what happened to you.

Yes, you were raped. They will always threaten. Rape is about power, not about the sex. Go to the rape crisis center in your area. You can still report it; your chances of getting them are slim, but it could help later down the road when they try this with someone else. And they will try. If you file a police report, you can at least be assisted with the costs of therapy and possibly other financial costs.

well as i see it if you were awake and you said no to this and you didn't give any hint that you wanted and as you state you said "no" over and over so yes you were raped. there are ways to make sure, 1 go to your doctor and have them check they can tell by doing a rape kit, and yes rape kits are real, if it isn't like a year from when you ac tally were raped they can tell and if you want with a testimony you could send that guy that raped you to jail and his friend also for knowing about it, not stopping it and untying you he is considered an compels

Raped means that you would have to have had his penis penetrated in you. If it was anything else then it was sexual assult. You might have been sexually molested. It all depends on the laws. But from your story it just sounds like they undressed you and nothing else happend which is still a crime just not rape. Thank God there are enough people getting raped and Im glad that you were not one of them, but you were violated. Talk to a counselor please, this can lead to Post traumatic stress disorder.
Good Luck Sweetie!

Yes, sweet heart you were raped. NO means no. You should have reported this last year, but I understand you were afraid. You should tell an adult-someone you can trust. And if there is a next time, fight, kick scream whatever it takes to protect yourself.

Yes, you were. Have you told anyone? I'm not sure that there'd be much evidence to convict him of rape seeing as you've left is so late so there'll be no physical evidence, but definitely tell a trusted adult who can help you deal with this and hopefully press charges against him.

If he ripped your clothes off, and forced himself inside you then yes you were raped. You should've called the law. You still should report the incident to the police. Before he does it to someone else.
