I don't know how to say this but I think I done something silly , this boy loved me for me and I ask him out but at the time I was only making fun out of him and then I went out with this guy name chris and we used to wait for him outside his home in front of his door waiting for him to come out or come back from school we all was same ages and me and my BF used to french kiss each other ever day for 2 full years so he can see it and then we cost him 1 year of his school cause he wanted to get his own back of what we was doing to him , anyway it went to court and he won us. 7 years later I saw him and we both looked into each others eyes and he still look hurted but same time he still look so mad at me. after all this time why can't he just drop it ! and if I see him again what should I say cause it wasn't just me ! I looked into his eyes after 7 years and I saw him being so mad but same time he given me abit of soft look but before all of that 7 years ago I called his mother a fat cow

anyway truth is we made is life hell my bf ant at a house right next doors to him and I went to her house and he saw me and she always used to shout at it! we got the teachers of school to believe us evertime he tryed to tell the teachers I asked him out they used to shout at him and we turn everone on to him and also got him to be put inside of a cell and got him in trouble by the police cause he used to write letters to me so we got him in trouble. and he almost killed himself , but now i heard hes going to join the police I mean what happens also if he gets his own back on me, anyway we was 14 and 15 and 16 when all of this was happing

Your question is really hard to understand. But I think I get the idea of what you are asking.
Maybe what happened 7 years ago has nothing to do with the reason he doesn't have feelings for you. Maybe he has feelings for someone else, maybe you are not his "type", maybe he is not looking for a relationship right now, or maybe he does not find you attractive anymore. A lot can happen in 7 years.
Then again, maybe he is still holding a grudge against you for how you treated him. Have you sincerely apologized to him? Maybe the memory of it is still painful. He does not HAVE to like you now...even as a friend. I would back off and leave him alone. You don't have the right to force your friendship or your affections upon him.
Maybe in time, he will come around. But for right now, you'll drive him further away if you don't leave it alone.
