There is always the old carrot-and-stick approach.
You can say "well if that is how you are going to be, then I don't have to put up with you... and here I was thinking about taking you to the park with me..." Or you buy an ice cream cone for yourself an not her. You get the idea. Let her know that you don't have time to spend with spoiled, smart-mouthed brats.
Then you make yourself scarce.
If you are at dinner or some other time when you can't be gone from the house, and she smarts off, you can tell her to go change her diaper because she stinks.
Basically there is a phase the kids go through where they do this, and about all you can do is try to teach them how bad their behavior is, and perhaps that there are consequences for that.

There's not much you can do but tell her you could care less what she thinks and that she should learn to be a bit more polite but as long as her parents let her act like this she will never change

Tell her parents that the child shouldn't speak to you that way and you are offended. If they don't do anything, then create some space by avoiding them,,,when they ask why youre avoiding them tell them, "It's so I don't smack your daughter in the mouth...."

It's just a phase, she'll grow out of it. You should tell her that it hurts your feelings when she's mean to you. Maybe she'll stop once she realizes that she's hurting you.
