I think whether the baby's skin is dark or light just depends on whoever had the dominant gene; I think the dominant gene is usually the dark gene, but it's not impossible for it to be the other way around. Although I have heard that even babies with two black parents come out with very light skin at first, so light that they may appear white, but then it gets darker over time (doesn't take long, I don't think). So maybe it's just light now and will develop more pigment as the baby gets older.

Yes it is very possible and it doesn't have to be due to the mothers genes being dominant. It may be that the father is carrying recessive genes for white characteristics and the child has inherited the genes for white characteristics from both parents.
Hope that helps.

The baby will never be completely white, white genes are recessive (not very dominant) in this match. It is different for all people though. Why even think about, I thought you had babies with someone because you love them and want a little bit of both of you in the child.

yes its possible
according to this article on twins one born white and one black, skin color is determined by 7 different genes working together. if the mother is mixed then she has both black and white genes the same applies to the father. but if the mother is not mixed then her genes are all white. when the sperm and egg meet if the coding is only white then the baby will be white, if when they meet the coding is white and black then the baby will have a tannish complextion, then if the coding is black and black then the baby is black. it all has to do with coding. in your case it is possible the father has coding in his genes that are white.
hope this helps.

It's possible.
Technically and literally, though, if the father is black the child will be considered black (for the most part, though one would suspect he/she could check whatever "box" he/she wanted to when filling out forms later in life).
So by "white kid" I'm assuming you must mean extremely light-skinned, as in appearance.
But if baby has truly "white traits" (blonde hair, blue eyes or something), I wouldn't think the bioligical father would be black.

Yes, not all the time does the baby come out mixed, the child could come out completely black or white.

not usually. anythings possible, but usually the child will show signs of his African American genes, hair, melanin in the skin, some facial features may be more prominent. If you love this man, then who cares, raise your child and be proud of it. If you are ashamed of having a half black child, then you need to stop having sexual relationships with black men.

Yes but the should should still have some black features as well as the child's skin may darken a lil in time, but even if it doesnt it doesnt mean its not the black man's child.
