They stick out and get in the way and whenever i have to go outside for any reason i have to wear some constricting piece of cloth (especially if i go anything more vigorous than walking around).
When i talk to guys, they spend most of the time staring at my chest and only listen half the time.

... huh? What? I'm sorry, what was the question? ;-)

Seriously though, I will admit that as a man I tend to stare at breasts. It's genetically imprinted in men to be attracted to large breasts (and hips) as an evolutionary indicator of a woman who is fertile and prepared to procreate. If you are uncomfortable with the attention you can dress to minimize the appearance of your breasts (loose-fitting clothes, etc.), during sports you should use a well-fitted (even professionally fitted) sport-bra, or you can do breast reduction surgery. But don't expect men to stop staring. We try, but we can't.

If they are really getting in the way and causing you back pain, go for a reduction (insurance might even pay for it, if your doctor deems it necessary).

You really can't do anything about men other than ignore the behavior if they are being discreet about it. If they are drooling on you walk away, you don't deserve that. Other than that what everyone else has said, get a minimiser bra and bigger shirts...

I believe everyone has a flaw they don't like about their selves just some are more obvious than others. Like me I hate my stretch marks and small breasts. I sure wish we could just pass and share body parts. But it don't work that way so until I get rich lol! I'll just deal with it. You could make a t- shirt that says stop looking here. I do have a face. but I guess you couldn't wear it everyday though. good luck .

I kinda get what you're saying. I'm bigger than most of my friends, and they're always saying 'oh, you're so lucky' and I'm thinking, really no. It can make it really difficult to wear some kinds of clothes, and minimiser bras are so ugly. But then I think, hey, I don't want to get rid of them, so I'll deal with them! And I find that a sharp word to guys usually stops them in their tracks pretty quickly.

I love them!
They're great at being multi-purposeful, you feed your babies with them, you attract men with them =], and they're a wonderful gift to women and men alike.
Be proud of your breasts!
Who cares if men stare at them, let them stare!
They've been doing it for centuries, and they aren't going to stop any time soon, so stop complaining, and enjoy your womanhood!
Sure, its rude, and I don't enjoy being thought of as a piece of meat, but I love having breasts, and men love that we have them.

I know it sucks.
Just be thankful you have them. Try getting a bra that minimizes. I have several bras by Curvation and I love them.
I know what you means sometimes they can be a real pain, especially when shopping.

They are part of the human biological system. It is needless to hate them. They are mammary glands for your children and can sometimes be vital to a childs survival. Not to mention their use as part of human sexuality...
