I'm engaged, I love my fiance. But this is the 3rd time I've dreamed about this guy I used to have a crush on. He never liked me and was always a jerk to me. But I keep having dreams where he is nice to me and we are intimate without being sexual. What does it mean? Why would I be thinking about him? He was always so horrible to me so I don't want to contact him. Ahh, what does it mean?

Don't listen to people such as the one above. We cannot help what we dream about..it comes from our subconscience. I would have to ask you a few questions...and you might rather do that in private so people don't rake you over the coals...so contact me and I would be happy to help. I am into dream interpretation as well as many other things..I am Pagan and could help you if you like.

Some questions I will ask are as follows: Is your fiance' someone who doesn't show his feelings ? Is Sex the only way you feel loved ? Do you feel that your fiance' is in some ways LIKE the ex ?

If so....you could just be dreaming of the ex because you are in denial about your relationship with your fiance now. He might just be the FACE of neglect...does that make sense ? email me ok !

In jungian analysis, we all have an imago- an archetype- someone who hurt us in the past who we would like to reconnect with to feel whole. This is what often attracts women to date "bad boys"- they are trying to reconnect with a "bad boy" in their past- probably their fathers, who may have not been really "bad", but simply did not treat their daughters as they should have and the girl felt hurt as a result.

There is some sort of universal human desire to mend the past and become whole again by connecting with a person similar to the one who hurt us before. Women sometimes play this out by dating/mating someone who will hurt them, then trying to change this person. As we know, this doesn't work and just leads to heartbreak.

You are an intelligent person who realizes that this is not in your best interest to be with someone who doesn't treat you right, yet there is some subconscious desire to be with such a person to heal the prior wound, despite the fact that you can never be happy with someone who mistreats you.

Jung proposes an alternative to these dating/mating choices by suggesting a spiritual connection. You can draw close and have a wonderful loving relationship with a supernatural entity that will leave you feeling fulfilled and complete. I'm not sure of your spiritual beliefs so, I'm not sure if this will work for you, but it's sure better than an affair!

I'm also not sure if this is exactly what is going on in your dream, but it is a very common sort of scenario. I hope this was helpful.

Perhaps, you're wondering what it'd be like to be married to someone totally different from your finance.
