Sus nombres "son" (their names are - you didn't use plural there).
Fruitcakes = tartas de fruta
Mi otro hermano, Kason estudia para ser bombero (without "un")

Very good. Just a few small changes.
Tengo una madre y un padre, también tengo una hermana y un hermano. Sus nombres son Kevin, Brenda, Katie, y Kason. Mi abuelo fue adoptado. Mi Abuela hace fruitcakes todos los inviernos. Mi otro abuelo, "Papá," está enfermo. Mi hermano, Kason, estudia para ser bombero. Mi padre es un agente de seguros. Amo a mi familia.
Edit/Note: fruitcakes may be tortas de fruta, pasteles de fruta, etc.

The second sentence is wrong it's written like this
Sus nombres son Kevin, Brenda, Katie, y Kason.
The 3rd one Mi abuelo fue adoptado.
The sixth one Mi hermano, Kason, esta estudiando para ser bombero.

is okay but there are some things that are wrong
Mi abuelita hace pasteles de dulces todos los inviernos.
well in the part of "abuelita" you can also say "abuela" because "abuelita" only the children use this form
there is another mistake
Sus nombres son Kevin, Brenda, Katie, y Kason.
remember is plural when you are speaking in singular you can use "es" but if it is plural you must use "son"
estudia para ser un bombero
you can replease it with
esta estudiando para ser un bombero
remmeber is present continuos

Almost AOK and quite good.
Instead of Sus nombres ES, you need
sus nombres SON.
Also, amar usually denotes romantic love.
I would use "adoro" here:
Adoro toda mi familia.

its pretty good and it gets the point across, the only thing I would say for you to change is in the secong sentence, "Sus nombres es Kevin, Brenda...". the word "es" is singular like you are saying "Their name is..." instead of "Their names are...." the correct word would be "son". hopes this helps.
