Chicken and broccoli casserole
Spaghetti bake
Enchiladas
Taco pasta bake
Anything with cream of something soup, that's always old-school comfort food.

And a breakfast thing, like a hashbrown casserole. If dinner's taken care of, that'll get breakfast on the table really easily in the morning.

If there are children in the house, make macaroni and cheese, and add sliced hotdogs or browned ground beef (or turkey) just after you mix the macaroni with the sauce ingredients.
