ignoring the validity of the following economical statements, which of the statements can use vice versa to bring it from :
"when price goes down, demand goes up, and when prices goes up, demand goes down".
"when price goes down, demand goes up, and when demand goes up, price goes down."
to
"when price goes down, demand goes up, and vice versa."?
ps - ignore the validity of the statements, im just trying to get the grammar correct, no issues about whether the statements hold.

vice versa simply means that it is "turned upside down". My latin dictionary defines it as with position turned. So this doesn't match.
when you say, "when price goes down, demand goes up, and vice versa" you're saying "when price goes down, demand goes up, when demand goes up, price goes down" which is not the same as the statement above.

The first of the 2 sentences.
In the second half of the sentence the directions that price and demand moves is reversed from the first half, which is what vice versa is telling you.
In the second sentence, you are saying exactly the same thing in the first half of the sentence as you are in the second half, nothing has been changed except simply the order you wrote it.
Let me add...
You are trying to say that price and quantity demanded (not demand, just to clarify) move in opposite directions. So when the first goes UP, the second goes DOWN, and vice versa. So that when first goes DOWN (reversed from what it did before), the second goes UP (reversed from what it did before).
Vice versa DOES NOT mean that you simply switch the order of two items. Although it might be grammatically correct, it is not correct in this example from economics.
More clarification...
The second sentence means that change in price CAUSES a change in quantity demanded and that a change in quantity demanded CAUSES a change in price, which is not the case. Price is the independent variable, Qd is dependent on Price.

Vice versa is Latin (I guess you know that) for "the other way round; with the terms or conditions reversed", so ignoring the validity of the statements (because they are not necessarily true, but OK), you can use the Latin saying in both your sentences!!!

Both actually, but it usually goes that whatever order they're stated in the first part, it switches in the "vice versa".
So to be completely correct, it would be the 2nd one.

Vice versa means that something can be one way or another.
Eg.
"Psychologists are now puttig forth studies that will help the psychological community determine if anxiety is a secondary symptom of depression or vice versa." (depression is a secondary symptom to anxiety)
That is just an example. The answer to that is yes, anxiety follows depression. Everyone with deression has anxeity but not everyone is anxiety has depression.

I've compared my change in beliefs to "coming home". I never felt like I was REALLY comfortable with what I believed, and I truly believed it, because it was all I knew. But once someone introduced me to the spiritual path I'm now on, it was like coming home. All of the things I believed that I WAS comfortable with, I kept as part of my belief system. It was as if I had a whole new house, with all of my most precious belongings already inside, waiting for me, but with new and wonderful things yet to discover. Edit: @ Thaddeus - Thank you for your service! And it's great to know that there are Chaplains like you working for all of those who protect me and my children. It is important to me that our service men and women are able to hold to their faith, whatever it might be, while serving.

If you are trying to get your grammar correct, the word 'economical' has been wrongly used.
Your use of 'vice versa' is perfect!
