It indicates pleasure (hopefully) and it's also good for the experience. According to sexperts, moaning and other vocalizing open up the body cavity which makes the entire experience, especially climax, more intense.

In a sense, it makes him feel good he is pleasuring you. I am talking about sex that is between two people who love and care for each other and are in a mature relationship. There are many different reasons why some guys might like that based on the relationship he has with his partner. I think most guys want their partner to be satisfied and might feel ashamed or guilty in some sense if they are unable to do so. When a girl moans it potentially indicates he is doing this.

It makes us believe we're doing a good job of pleasing women, unless it's obviously faked. Personally, I even like screamers, as long as we're somewhere where the police won't be called on us.

Depending on the type of moan you're talking about -- if it's the type of breathless gasp of ecstacy that we'd hear during sex... we like it 'cuz it reminds us of sex & women enjoying sex.
