wow... um, if youve made a covenant with people, then youre not in such bad shape. If your covenant is with an otherworldly spirit, you might be in for a pretty bumpy astrial ride. If its just people, you need to renounce and do some intense purification of yourself in whichever way you best see fit. Covenants are bonds which are formed on all levels of existence, and as such, you will need to break ties with them not only in your life, but in your mind and spirit as well. If youve made a covenant with a spirit or other worldly entity... well you need to address that entity and find out what it wants from you. If it is not the One True God, the keeper of Truth, and it wants your loyalty, you must renounce it and invoke Truth upon it, or else it will stay with you until you do. Most spirits are much stronger than the average human spirit and will, so you have to use the ultimate Will and Spirit to free yourself from it. get yourself out of there and start taking care of yourself for real. Angry spiritual entities can do you all sorts of damage if you dont handle them quickly and decisively. good luck, and may Truth be with you

You must renounce it and ask God to forgive all your sins in which of course you are sorry for. Accept Jesus as your Lord and savior, say it aloud.I would find a good bible believing church to go to right away. Stay in touch with the pastor on a regular basis.

You must destroy everything associated with this occult.
You must humble yourself and as the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive you and renounce all association with it.
You must turn from that life and away from all the people bound into that life and live a clean and holy life before God.
If you ask for forgiveness from your heart..God will forgive you.

Seriously, talk to a Catholic priest --- a good Traditional priest-- get some Holy water and some Blessed salt---you're going to need it.
