"But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. 29If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also. If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic."- Lk 6:27-29
It is easy to love those who treat you kindly. The challenge is to love those who do not.

That's the most important teaching, in my opinion.

"behold the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world" John 1:29 The word Gospel means good news and the good news of Jesus Christ it that he shed his blood to pay the penalty of your sin " The wages of sins is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord" Romans 6:23 and he will return to this earth to take his children home "In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also." John 14:2-3 . If you want to know more about what Christ has done for you read the book of John. It is the best one to start out with. God Bless you and may the love of Christ grow in your heart.

Jesus was born reared and killed for you and I... If you believe this, repent of your sins and be baptized in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost or as Peter put it "in the Name of Jesus" (Acts 2.27-42)you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and be saved. Then continue in the Apostles doctrine (v.42)

This will make you a Christian and you will know the truth and be set free of all the law of Moses and become an able minister of the New Testament (Jn 4.23-25; 2Cor. 3.6-8; Rm 10.1-4)

"Gospel" means good news.
The good news is you are never alone in your trouble. Anything wicked that you have EVER done, has been paid for.
It is washed away.
You have to accept that gift. When you accept it, you begin a relationship with Jesus, he will walk beside you in darkness, he will comfort you when you hurt, he will pour blessings upon you in reward for faithfulness to him.
You will be persecuted for your beliefs. People will call you a sell out or a conformist.
What they fail to realise it that you are empowered by the creator of all things, that with that power, in faith, you can achieve anything.
I ask you not to choose a docterine, or denomination, but to read about Jesus, and develope your relationship first. Church is so you can be strenghtened by fellowship and the collective worship of God. If you would like, feel free to write me. Bless you in your search for wisdom!

Here is the Good News.

For ALL have sinned and fell short of the glory of God. And the wages of sin is DEATH.

But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ in that while we were sinners He died for us.

For God so loved the world that he gave His ONLY begotten son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

In other words we ALL were headed to eternal death but JESUS shed His blood for us so that we can have life and life more abundantly ETERNALLY!

Christ died, he defeated death went down to hell and bought our salvation and then ROSE AGAIN into Heaven. Just believe and recieve and love the Lord for what he has done for us for we were purchased at a cost.

Thank You Jesus!

Trust God for what He said. That's the bottom line of Christianity. God speaks, and we believe. There are a lot of details to go into, but that's the gist of it.

Being Christians we know that God did things a certain way. He provided His Son. And His Son said that if you believe in Him, you are not condemned - but if you don't believe in Him, then you are condemned already. ( John 3:17-18)

God says a lot of things. We need to trust Him for those things. He is trustworthy.

God became human in Jesus of Nazareth so that humanity might have the opportunity to share in the possibilities of his own divine life.

Ok.
He died for your sins, and if you believe in him, you have the satisfaction of knowing that you are going to heaven.
