The best option I know in that price range is to see if you can use your cell phone for navigation. I pay $10 per month for unlimited use of GPS navigation software on my Motorola Razor through Verizon Wireless.

I would say go to ebay and bid on a few. I think that you won't get one that cheap any where right now. If you want to wait a little longer they will be a little cheaper because they will be better ones out there. It's just like any thing you buy these days when you see them cheap it's because they have made better ones. I paid a 200.00 for the one that I have and that was cheap compared to the other ones.

Do you want it to work, too? Because at that price, all you will find is junk... I have an early Garmin I would give you for the postage but it would cost you several hundred dollars to get it fixed.

I do believe microsoft makes one that is about 100 bucks, but you need to have your laptop with you in the car to make it work.
