You cant go wrong with one can of RoTel per pound of processed pasteurized cheese food. AKA Velveeta compatible Kroger brand or WalMart brand. I have found the WalMart brand, "Good Value", to be the same as Kroger brand. I expect they are all made at the same place. I used to work at Kroger. We got MIS-labeled product in regularly. I mean like A&P when it was sent to a Kroger store. It all came from the same place! Why cant I type a correction without erasing all previous lettering ????????????????? Duhhhhhh, I had to do it on edit.

Kind of like the other one:
1 lg box of Velveeta
1lb ground meat, whatever you like, cooked and drained
1C salsa (you can use more if you like)
You can double or triple this to fit your needs.
Serve with the dipping tortilla chips as it's heavy and will break the flat chips. You can also use bread to dip.
