I just had an interview with three people at a great company. I would like to send them each a thank you letter, but they told me that they will make a decision about the position by the middle of this week (2 more days). Should I overnight the thank you letter to each person or is an email thank you letter acceptable?

Don't overnight the thank you. An email would be okay but if you'd put the thank you in the mail right away, they would have by tomorrow.

Thank you notes are most appropriate when sent within 24 hours of the interview. In the world of technology we live in today, sending a thank you note by email is very acceptable.

If you have an email address for each person you interviewed with, that is the most appropriate. You don't one note with 3 names.

I would do one thank your letter with all of their name included and send it through regular mail.
