It's a scam.

You'll pay "delivery" $$$ and get no dog and will have no legal recourse.

Are you in Cameroon? If so, can you actually go view the dogs?

If you're not in Cameroon, I would find a local rescue group or humane society and adopt a dog from them. I would never get a dog sight unseen from some group I didn't know. Also, importation of dogs from other countries can be a real challenge.

Finally, I would check this group out very carefully. They might be legitimate, or it could be a scam.

All in all, I would pass on this, and find a dog locally. If you want to help a charitable organization, I'm confident there are many in your home town that would be glad to have your donation.

Edit: Well, it would appear that it's a scam, according to other responders. That's what it sounds like.

The 'my millions are tied up in the revolution - send your info to help me' scam is wearing thin, so this is the next thing they came up with. Other than the lottery scams, almost all of these things originate in Africa.

It is a huge scam. One of the most common ones out here. Do not send them a penny and break off all contact.
