I've never really lost anyone close to me before this past weekend when a friend of mine took his own life. If I could have a conversation with any deceased relative or friend it would definitely be him. I would want to tell him that I love him and I would have been there for him if he needed someone to talk to or be there for him and that he didn't have to do what he did because he has so many friends who love him.

My Uncle David. He was the father figure in my life, and passed away last year after a 3 year battle with an illness called Lewy Body, which, in short, is a hybrid of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
I miss him terribly, and think about him all the time.

I would have to say my father-in-law Ernie,Because he was a down to earth kind of a man, he always took the time and a interest in everything people wanted to talk about,no matter how lame the subject was or boring, he was there to listen, I miss him a lot.

As long as it would cause them no grief to be yanked out of whatever after life they are currently enjoying, I would talk to my best friend. I would tell her how far along in my pregnancy I am so she could get all twitter-pated and be sure to advise me on everything nutritional, because it would have made her so happy.

You will talk to a demon but not a friend or relative. Demons don't die and they know about your friends and relatives. God tells us not to attempt talking to the dead. God tells us that the dead don't talk so you certainly are not speaking to a dead relative or friend.

I wouldn't be able to choose, because I know that God would never allow us to talk to another family member. Being able to do that is a gift from the Devil, not from God.

I would chose my grandmother on my father's side. She died many years before I was born, so I never knew her.
