What you should do is to take her to the vet and have her spayed. It's not good for dogs to keep having litter after litter. It's not good for dogs to be able to get out of the yard and run free..
You should fix your fence so she can't get out anymore. Pregnancy is one reason, but she could encounter a car, or another dog, that isn't going to be friendly.. Her life is at risk every time she is running free on her own..

If you get her to the vet in time, he can give a canine version of the morning after pill. Assuming you are too late for this, you will see signs of her belly and teats swelling but possibly not till about 4 weks gone - sometimes even later.
If you have her spayed, you'll never nneed to worry about this again =)

the only way to know if she is pregnant is take her to the vets and have a sonogram or x-ray done
otherwise it's wait and see.
depending on her size if she was bred to a male or more than one male larger than her you might loose her and the pups and again the vets is the best answer to know what you are looking at and a sonogram is the best

You can get a morning after pill from the vet for her but I'm not sure what the time limit is . They do cost quite a bit though .

Your vet can tell you when s/he pulls her uterus out after you take her in to be spayed in the next day or two.
BTW, 'she got out' -- make sure your area is secure or that she is inside with her family so that she doesn't 'get out' again and get hit by a car or eaten by another stray dog.

Why didn't you have her spayed? Take her to the vet and they can tell you if she is pregnant and give you options from there.
