I just don't know what to do. I am not getting out of pre-ap english becasue I really am good at writing and I love to read. I just don't know what to do! Any advice?

Just read over the chapter a couple times, make flash cards if you have to, I know that helps me a lot in school now. Ask the teacher for extra help. Set time aside for yourself with breaks in between if you study straight for hours you will just get bored with it.

First, stop playing with the computer.

Second, find a quiet place to study, such as your backyard (if applicable), a library, a school study area, a good friend's house, etc.

Third, given your spelling and grammatical error (e.g., "is so many"; "becasue"; "english" (always capitalized when used in this context)), I do not believe that English is your best subject, especially if you failed the "Pre-Advanced Placement" test (as I presume "pre-ap" referred).

Fourth, there are no "easy" solutions. It is good that you love to read and write, because you will need to do more of each to improve. You should also speak with your teacher about getting more help. Ask for extra-credit assignments; he or she might be impressed with your willingness to work harder.

Good luck!

P.S. Yes, I pointed-out your spelling and grammatical errors, but, the majority of your question was properly phrased, and, assuming you are earnest and apply yourself even harder, I believe you will do well!

I hate to study too, but what I always do is take study breaks. Like I'll study for 20-30 minutes, then I will take a break for 10-15 minutes. Also you might want to plan out your homework. Take the subject the you have the most homework in and do that first. So if you don't have anymore time at night you can do the subject that wouldn't take as long to do real quick in the morning.

I'm sorry to hear about the drama at your house. Is there another place you can go to do your schoolwork (local library, stay after school to finish it there, then go home)?
Why do you hate studying? I think it's important for the sake of giving you solid advice that you edit your question to let us know why this is the case.
I'm impressed with your decision to stick it out in pre A.P. Eng. Stick to your guns, and I think you will be fine. Avoid the drama at your house if you can, too. Beside the reasons behind you dis-contempt towards studying, drama in the home has to be dealt with, or at least avoided while you're doing your school work.

Try to find a tutor that can help you learn study habits or ways to apply what you already know. Good luck

I know you hate to study, but you need to figure out a way to do it so you don't hate it. You need to find a quiet place where you can be alone to limit distractions. Make your studying fun. Make a song, dance, skit, etc. out of what you have to learn.

This is simple for girls, wear nice clothes (tight&short) and impress your male professors. My Gf always got lower exam grades but received high reportcard grades because of the way she dressed.
