Send him an email. If he's really clingy then put up alot of boundaries with him & nagging always helps!

block his name from email and messenger, and change your phone number with out giving information on your new number move with no forwarding address and live in a place where your not on the lease and use someone elses mailing address that is not connected physicaly connected to the residence in which you reside.
Additionaly quit talking to his friends and those associated with him. get some new friends and maintain a low profile.

I had a 36 yr old who was hitting on me, and he knew he was 24 yrs older than me. I sent him an email (two actually) calling him a pervert and a liar because he had told me he was 25 and all these other stupid lies. Try that if U really hate this guy. Good Luck!

Never "dump" anyone, that's not kewl. However if you want to disassociate yourself from this person simply be honest and tell him you don't desire to communicate anymore, wish him well, then let that be it. If he persists in contacting you, block his email address, IM, or whatever other methods he has of reaching you.

It depends if you know them in real life. If you don't, then just ignore them or don't log on to the chat room or where ever you talk to them. If they have your email, add them to the spam list. After about a few weeks, they'll figure it out and forget about it. If they don't....I'd be worried about them. Hmm sounds too obsessive. That wouldn't be healthy then.

Be subtle. Block him. You can do this by spamming him or manually blocking him in your options tab in your e-mail account.
