can i be suspended from work.for more than three days..can i get unemployment while on suspension...

Dont think so, since this would be a disciplinary issue. And you are technically not unemployed. Check with your local office though and see what they say- since the law varies state by state.

Not eligible. Terminated employees are typically not allowed either; however, many terminated employees apply any way. If the employer doesn't contest, or somebody doesn't show up at a hearing, then the person ends up collecting even that technically they should not have.

Sometimes employers will allow an employee to resign (rather than terminate) with or without unemployment (depends).

depends on the infraction...most suspensions are without pay if it is for disciplinary action- and no you cannot get unemployment while suspended...if you are suspended for an "alleged" event- you should be paid during the suspension.

You can be suspended for however long your employer decides - or can be fired. No, you can't collect unemployment while you are suspended if it's for misconduct - and if you're fired for misconduct, you probably wouldn't be eligible for unemployment.
