Unless you are absolutely sure about what a registry is or what to do with it, then I suggest you don't continue. However, if you know what it is, then I suggest the free program called "CCleaner". It scans your registry to check for missing/unimportant information and then deletes it. You get the option to chose which files you want to keep and which to delete. This is a really good program, and I really recommend it. Good Luck!

what does this mean? If you are getting messages about a registry fix, then its spyware. Dont touch your registry unless you know what you are doing.
