or nonsensical ideas like "Why can't we see transitional beings now?"

Where did you get the distorted notion that Evolution claims to be a race forward, with an end goal?

Do you rant what your preachers / pastors / ministers tell you to rant about?

Don't you think you should KNOW what you CRITICIZE?

Don't forget some other classics:

1. It isn't true because you can't watch an elephant give birth to a horse.
2. Scientists don't know what caused the Big Bang (therefore my god is real).
3. Nobody has ever found a transitional fossil.
4. .01% of scientists don't believe in evolution, and since once in a millenium a scientist who disagress with the majority is right, this minority is probably correct.
5. Why did I lose my tail? It'd be nice to have.
And so on...and so on...and so on.....

Edit....Thanks lion, for picking from the list. No.4 is always a good choice because it SEEMS logical, as long as it fits your faith. You should have copied and pasted the list like several others on here do, that way it looks even more impressive because it takes a few seconds to scroll down.

Honestly they don't have a clue where they came from, they say they come from monkey's, and on the other hand god created the earth in seven days and Adam and Eve. If they spent time to read the book they bash and quote from cover to cover they may learn something. Who "the Adam"or "the God" truly were or who the Nephilim really are. It's sad they remain clueless to who Jesus really was or what sin really is or why sinners were stoned to death. When I hear or read there point of view on the Revelation. One thing I'll say they are in for a big shock when "The God" and the Nephilim do return to Earth.

First of all, do you not know that Cromwell was a Christian? You seem to bash Christians, so that seemed wierd to me... But to answer you, I would say evolutionists do state that we have primates as our ancestors, and we can't see transitional creatures now, so it is not a nonsensical question (incidentally do you know the answer to that one? or is it nonsensical because you can't answer it?) Race forward thing, I don't understand that one because I don't see that brought up when I read about this stuff. I don't rant, and I have my own mind so if I disagree with pastors, I don't say what they say. I do know what I criticize, I used to defend evolution THEORY, now I see the flaws and it makes more sense to me that there is purpose to the design of the universe and everything in it. It takes a lot of FAITH to say that we are accidents of nature. So I guess that makes evolutionists religious nuts too. :D

Let's see, 500 scientists out of 480,000 think that evolution couldn't happen, that's a huge percentage! (read with dripping sarcasm).

Edit:
Note the actual wording of the "dissent" form is that they express a skepticism of Darwinism - which is quite different from saying that they have contradicting evidence.

Absolutely and don't you think that people who think differently than you should be allowed to teach an alternative? Evolution is a theory. It has NOT been proven. You can't account for the Cambrian explosion, can you?

My problem is that most scientist teach evolution like it is FACT, not a theory, and thats all it is, and thats all creation science is to evolutionist, but on all the nature and programs and science programs on PBS, TLC, the discovery program and national grographic, teach that it is FACT. I hate the fact that we come from Neandrothal man, like I cam from a half ape/half man, sure, whatever. but if that is your belief then I am sorry, neo man looks like a retard, I will not claim him as my ancestor.

Evolution is a race forward, with an end goal.
Evolution, as I have said many times, is the best argument for God.
But neither the Creationists nor the atheists on this board want to look at the evidence rationally.
That's their choice, but it seems sad to me.

Evolution Theory Skepticism
More than 500 scientists with doctoral degrees have signed a statement expressing skepticism about Darwin's theory of evolution.
The statement, which includes endorsement by members of the prestigious U.S. National Academy of Sciences and Russian Academy of Sciences, was first published by the Seattle-based Discovery Institute in 2001 to challenge statements about Darwinian evolution made in promoting PBS's "Evolution" series. The PBS promotion claimed "virtually every scientist in the world believes the theory to be true. "

"Darwinists continue to claim that no serious scientists doubt the theory and yet here are 500 scientists who are willing to make public their skepticism about the theory," said John G. West, associate director of Discovery Institute's Center for Science & Culture.

Don't YOU think YOU should KNOW what YOU CRITICIZE? The transition from monkeys to humans is the one that is portrayed in many science books and classrooms. You all complain about having any Creationism in the classroom, but you don't complain about the monkey theory being in the classroom.
