'open with' problem while opening drives?

dear friends, please help me. whenever i try to open any drive from 'my computer', i get the 'open with' window. the same thing happens when i right click and open the drive. pls help me..

Windows has lost it's File Association" to the drive.

In the Open With... dialog, select Choose Program and

Follow the prompts to choose Windows Explorer.

Then, click on the check box to "Always open with the selected program."
